While modern sound baths are a relatively recent phenomenon, the use of sound for healing and spiritual practices has roots in ancient cultures, with sound therapy practices dating back thousands of years in civilizations like Egypt, Greece, and India. Using crystal sound bowls, chimes, Native American flutes etc., you are transported to a realm of calmness and serenity. Sound baths are believed to align the 7 chakras within the body and bring us to a state of blissful inner peace! (We do NOT provide seating cushions.)

Tarot is a method of divination, used as a way to answer life's questions about love, work or events surrounding your life. With many different ways to spread the cards out, any and all matters can be revealed!

Drumming is an ancient art form. When played at once within a group, the sound, vibrations and energies bring about a powerful feeling of positivity. Playing the drums when angry or sad is a wonderful way to get negativity out the body and spirit, thus inviting positive energy in. Not only is it good for your energy, but it's also incredibly fun. Our circles are styled after Native American drum circles which are very organized and spiritual. Natives believed playing drums connected us to the heartbeat of the Great Spirit and/or the universe! Whether you are new to drumming or experienced, all are welcomed. Drum Circles are a wonderful time for people of all ages!(We do NOT provide the drums.)

Similar to Tarot, Rune reading has been a tool for divinations dating back as early as the Viking Age (793 - 1066).
